• The image in my confirmation does not match the name I chose: The image is a thumbnail of the first image in the listing. Your item will have the name you requested.

• What are "Item Add-ons" on my invoice: That is the way we calculate premium upgrades. Ex: aluminum, premium color, rush production, better shipping. You can see the add-on description in the details of your item.

• I had a problem with the calculation of the price of my order: no problem just email us at ADVMETALART@GMAIL.COM

• I need this for a special event and it is before your estimated lead time: No problem. Email us at ADVMETALART@GMAIL.COM and let us know the date and we will present you with a few options to make this happen for your special date. Or you can purchase 48 hour rush production HERE

• I need to check the status: Please use the Status Lookup Tool HERE or search your email for "Advanced Metal Art" as our status update emails may be going to your spam.

• My order was damaged in shipping: No worries. Your order has $100 of insurance included. Please take a picture of the damage and the box and email it to us at ADVMETALART@GMAIL.COM. Do not throw away packaging until you have a replacement. If you do your claim may be denied.
